Our service
Genera Healthcare arranges and delivers home, hotel and office healthcare services in Dubai, including IV therapy, blood tests, doctor consultations, physiotherapy, nursing, post-operative care, radiology coordination and health packages, through DHA-licensed clinicians.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a coordinator has verified your details and, where applicable, your insurance coverage. Estimated arrival windows are indicative and can vary with traffic and location.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellations made with reasonable notice before the visit are not charged; late cancellations or a clinician arriving to an empty address may be charged in line with our cancellation policy.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless your insurer is billed directly.
Clinical responsibility
All clinical decisions are made by the licensed clinician attending you. Genera is not able to guarantee a specific outcome from any treatment, test or consultation.
Service area and availability
Services are offered across Dubai, subject to clinician availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where safe delivery cannot be assured.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Genera's liability is limited to the value of the service booked, except where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law, including for gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
