Do I need to fast before my test?

It depends on the panel. Lipid, glucose and some metabolic panels need an eight to twelve hour fast; most vitamin and hormone panels do not. We send you the specific instruction for what you booked before the visit.

How long do results take?

Standard panels are usually reported within one to two working days, and some specialist panels take longer. The coordinator gives you the expected window when you book, and we tell you if a delay happens.

Can I use my doctor's request form?

Yes. Send a photo of the form on WhatsApp and we will match the exact tests requested, draw the sample at home and send the report back to you and, if you want, to your doctor.

You feel the needle briefly. Because our phlebotomists draw samples all day, most patients say the visit is over before they expected. Tell us if you have difficult veins or a history of fainting and we will plan for it.

Can you test children at home?

Yes, with a parent or guardian present. Paediatric draws are done by phlebotomists experienced with children, and we allow extra time so nothing is rushed.

Is a home draw as reliable as a clinic?

Yes, provided the sample is labelled correctly and transported properly. Those two steps are where home collection usually fails, so they are the two we control most tightly.
